I'm a mexican young student of 20 years old, now i'm in Bournemouth,Dorset, studying in a school for improve my english.But the true reason, that i came here to the UK, is beacuse, i want to be a famous artist.
Since i was 13 years, i start to dream with be a famous artist (singer in a mix pop band),the POP,had always being my favourite type of music. I feel inside me, the beat , everytime that i hear pop music. I think that is the most "power" music that can make the people feel very excited, because this kind of music, can be in fusion with other types, like techno, dance, elector etc....
Nowdays, in my country (Mexico), the music is becoming more and more popular with international singers. And I think that is because of the "vanguard", of rythms and sounds, that came from Europe and USA.
Pop music in Mexico, and not only in Mexico...in most parts of Latin America, it's in decrease, because of other kinds of music like R&B, Rock, Reggae, Hip Hop.
I belive, that all the pop bands in Latin Amercia had failed, beacuse the record companies or the labels, they didn’t support and gave the promotion to this bands. So in México I don’t think that most of the teenagers or young people, that wish to be a popstar, could do it.That’s why I Belive that here, in the UK, i can success.
I took a course of acting, singing and tv skills, whn i was 17 years, in México.I think that for a pop band of boys and girls, to succes, the vocie is not the most important thing, beacuse, a POPBAND, involves a lot of things apart from the voice,(like…., look, fashion, attitude,ambition, personality,skills,dance moves etc.)
Artist Mission
Since all those bad things that are happening in Latin America with popbands,i belive that a pop band comformed by mexicans or latin people, or maybe even latin people with european people,could success very ood, in my country, and all Latin America, and also alla over the world.Beacuse, with a great support and a label and good ideas, the pop could return to the music scenes in Latin América, with the most great new sound in many years.
So I have a lot o ideas for a pop band conformed by girls and boys around my age (beetwen 18 and 23 years), that could be prepared for debut in Latin América and then all over the world..As you said the ambition is one of the most important things to succes.
