Artist Biography

I am a signed artist with InMusiCo, Inc, an independent label located in Nashville, TN. My current goal with IMC is to gain the respect as a regional artist. I currently reside in Muscatine, Iowa, and hope to one day become a nationally known artist.

I have been singing since the age of 5, in which I started my first singing lesson. I engaged in music lessons until the age of sixteen. I was involved with numerous plays and musicals throughout my education with the Muscatine Community School district. I was selected to perform in the Iowa State Opus Honor Choir my eighth grade year at Central Middle School. I was crowned Teen Miss Muscatine for my accomplishments throughout the competition, including placing first in interview, sportsware, stage prescense, evening gown, and talent. I took a break from performing between the ages of 17 and 20, in which I heard a news announcement about the "Colgate Country Showdown" being sponsored by KWCC, Muscatine's local radio station at the I-80 truckstop on Interstate 80. I decided to record a demo at a studio in Muscatine, and the demo was given to the producers at InMusiCo Inc. I had an interview with the producers at InMusiCo, in which I sang "Walkin' After Midnight" and "When You Say Nothing" with the accompaniment of the accoustic guitar.

I look forward to any possibility of creating a fan base through Artistopia.
