Replica is an electronic song cycle based around audio procured from TV ad compilations. These sample-based meditations are as lyrical as they are ecological, featuring re-purposed "ghost vocals" which serve as narration for Lopatin's signature amorphous, ambient passages. Lopatin's Juno-60 is still prominent, but Returnal's placid, synthetic surroundings are accelerated through darker, more unpredictable terrains via Lopatin's use of samplers, analog filtering, tape-op, piano, plate reverb and sub-bass. The result is a heightened sense of music as part and parcel of an overall sonic terrain.

'Harmony' is the follow-up to Never Shout Never's critically heralded debut 'What Is Love?,' which bowed at No. 24 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, No. 2 on both the Alternative and Rock charts, No. 6 on the Digital Album chart, and No. 11 on the Internet album chart upon its release.

'Harmony' was produced by veteran producer Butch Vig, who is best-known for his work with Green Day, Nirvana, and Smashing Pumpkins.

Never Shout Never has been reborn. While the moniker has long referred to 20-year-old Christofer Drew, it is now the name of a full band with the messy-haired singer-songwriter at its helm - and the change couldn't have come at a better time.

With six EPs and two albums under his belt, over 2.5 million Facebook fans, nearly 50 million MySpace profile views and over 157 million song plays, it's clear that Drew has achieved breakthrough success since his first upload. However, the talented guitarist experienced some dark moments following the release of his Butch Vig-produced album, Harmony, becoming "a little bitter towards the music industry" and left shaken by the breakup from his girlfriend of almost two years. All sounds on "What Is Love?" are real instruments (no midi or synths). It was recorded on almost all pre-70's equipment. All the strings were recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra in Abbey Road.
