I remember it as if it were yesterday. Pat Lalonde, and Chris St.Louis got talking about making a band. They found a guitarist, with Pat on drums, Chris St. Louis on Bass, Josh Cadieux on guitar, and Joey Lavergne as the singer. The stage was set.. all they needed now was some sort of name. One day Joey, Josh and Pat were walking around in a park near the school, suddenly the grass caught fire, and spelt out Omission, and thats where they got the name.. ...okay okay so they dont have some cool story behind their name.. They got it from a dictionary. With a combination of different styles and musical backgrounds, Omission has developed a sound that is all their own.

Omission wants to bring back pure rock, no more of this fake prep boys...just bring back real guys, playing real music.
