Plastic Operator's new album Before The Day Is Out follows in the path of the bands critically acclaimed debut album Different Places (2007) which contained the singles Folder and Home 0207.

This album is packed with addictive vocal melodies, pioneering synth sounds and indie-electronic beats which define the Plastic Operators trademark sound.

After the release of their first album Plastic Operator toured Europe including gigs at Bestival on Isle of Wight, Razzmatazz Club in Barcelona, Paris Fashion week, La Flèche dOr in Paris, Petrol Club in Antwerp, Culture Club in Ghent and a sold out gig with Crystal Castles at Ancienne Belgique.

Between touring major clubs and writing this new album, Plastic Operator also produced a remix of Erasures Chains Of Love (Mute Records/EMI) and the club hit Booka Shade vs Plastic Operator Wont Back Down (Hed Kandi/Ministry Of Sound).
