With a degree in piano performance from the Indiana University School of Music, Pianist/Composer Sherry K performs in concert halls, festivals, schools and various organizations across the country. Her most recent appearances have been at the Chicago Music Mart, Nashville’s Opry Mills, and the Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend. Sherry’s eclectic style includes everything from light jazz and new age, to gospel, classical and blues. What's a 'Sherry K' concert like? Her endearing personality, fun sense of humor, and impeccable keyboard skills make the whole musical experience a memorable one. No musical stone goes unturned! Will you laugh? Absolutely. Will you cry? Possibly. Will you be bored? Never!
Former recording projects include, “Westbound”, “Sunday Best”, and “A Whole New Woman”. Comprised of original instrumental music, this bold and gutsy portrayal represents one woman’s personal and profound journey. Filled with stylistic twists and turns, “A Whole New Woman” takes you on a musical roller coaster ride, a breathtaking panoramic view into the heart and hands of Sherry K.
Sherry is available to perform solo, within a trio (including woodwinds, percussion and bass), or with a full ensemble. References and DVD of live performance are available upon request.

Artist Mission
Sherry K's mission is to enlighten, excite and educate people through music. A major focus of hers is children. With considerable emphasis placed on inspiring young music students (and adults as well!), the setting of her program is light, fast paced and fun, including a segment describing Sherry’s experiences as a piano student starting at the age of 3 years old. Music is a powerful tool--it heals, it soothes, it motivates, it celebrates, it stirs emotions deep from within the soul. Sherry K's goal is to use the resources that God has given her to share the magnificent influence that music has to the rest of the world.
