So They Say is an alternative rock band based in St. Louis, Missouri. They released their self-titled debut EP in 2005. Shortly after, in 2006, they released their debut studio album, Antidote for Irony on Fearless Records. They recorded the follow up album, Life In Surveillance with Matt Hyde (Strung Out,Slayer, Liars Inc., Porno for Pyros), released on October 9, 2007. So They Say appeared on Warped Tour 2007, 2006 and one week on Warped Tour 2005. In April 2008 the band changed its line-up and name to The Audio. The very next day, the band changed its name once more, to Me Verse You and brought in keyboardist/programmer Kevin Fuwell the same year.

On April 22, 2008, the band changed their name to The Audio, announcing it via MySpace bulletin:
Second line-up change, Me Verse YouOn April 23, 2008, David Schroeder announced the following off the new band's Myspace:
The band's new record, "Another Enemy" is slated to hit iTunes exclusively April 27, 2009 releasing the album themselves with no label support.Former bassist Patrick Blair was not included in the line-up of Me Verse You, with no announcement from the band.
