The Surfaris began their fourty plus year career by recording Wipe Out, one of the most popular songs recorded in a generation. Wipe Out, Surfer Joe and others captured the sound of the early 1960's. Initially catapulted by the California surf culture, The Surfaris transcended the local scene into international stardom.brbrSince 1991 The Surfaris, featuring original guitarist Bob Berryhill, have proven time and again to be a high entertainment value that reaches across the generations.
Artist Mission
The mission of The Surfaris and founding member Bob Berryhill and crew is to travel world wide, performing the hits Wipe Out, Surfer Joe and Point Panic along with other hits of the 60's. The Surfaris can be caught jamming out their energetic brand of surf in concert and at stadiums, ampitheatres, county fairs, corporate events and an occassional luau! They have a unique way of connecting with people of all cultures and backgrounds. Bob is dedicated to continuing his impressive career by performing Wipe Out in a way only the real McCoy can!
