This record label consists of an extended collective of rappers around in-house producers DJ Paul and Juicy J . Its central group is Three 6 Mafia, which features DJ Paul and Juicy J. Former Three 6 Mafia members include Gangsta Boo , Koopsta Knicca , Lord Infamous , and Crunchy Black . The rap collective includes Project Pat and Lil Wyte .

Because the group has been heavily involved in Three 6 Mafia productions, it has started careers for many rappers. The family has had several falling-outs with other rappers from the Memphis area. They have released albums under the names Prophet Posse , Hypnotize Camp Posse, Tear da Club Up Thugs, and Da Headbussaz, and are heavily featured on Three 6 Mafia projects.

  • Lil Reno (2010) - Left the group due to disputes with Juicy J and Project Pat . He has now joined the Drum Squad label, which is owned by Drumma Boy. Released a diss track towards Juicy J and Project Pat, shortly after leaving.

  • Lord Infamous (1991-2004)- ex-Three 6 Mafia member, Due to personal issues Three 6 Mafia had to release him from the label. He is still on good terms with the group and works with DJ Paul on his underground albums such as Scale-A-Ton. Now CEO of Black Rain Entertainment. In an interview he stated: "There may be a surprise Three 6 thing in the future, but we still discussing that."

  • Frayser Boy (2002-2009) - Won an Academy Award with Three 6 Mafia members DJ Paul and Juicy J. It is unknown why he left although he was most probably released from the label. He now runs B.A.R Muzik.

  • Yung D (2008-2009) - Left because he wanted to go in a different direction with his music. Was set to released the album entitled; "Beyond the Glory" but this never happened. His first appearance after signing with Hypnotize Minds was on Three 6 Mafia 's hit track, Lolli Lolli (Pop That Body) .

  • Chrome - (2003-2005, 2006) Left due to promotion issues on his album Project Landlord, following album Straight to the Pros.

  • Crunchy Black (1994-2006) - Ex-Three 6 Mafia member, Left because he claimed Hypnotize minds didn't care about him. Also said songs on Most Known Unknown were supposed to be for his solo album and he wasn't paid for them.

  • Gangsta Boo (1994-2001) - Ex-Three 6 Mafia member, left due to money disputes and the fact she had become a devout Christian, this did not last long however and she was back to her old ways, rapping with Three 6 Mafia rivals such as Yo Gotti.

  • Koopsta Knicca (1993-2000) - Ex-Three 6 Mafia member, left over a dispute about appearing on ex-Hypnotize Minds member Kingpin Skinny Pimp's independent album.

  • La Chat (1995, 1999-2003) - Left due to underpayment, is related to one of Three Six Mafia's founders. Lord Infamous said she left in 1995 due to her "over-protective" boyfriend being jealous.

  • Gangsta Blac (1993-1996) - Left when his cousin, Lil Fly, was booted off the label. He released two albums under the label and featured on numerous Three 6 Mafia albums.

  • Grandaddy Souf (2006) - Was only on the label for a matter of months, featured on the song "Body Parts 3" which was on the Most Known Unknown album, decided to leave to pursue a solo album. Still on good terms with the group.

  • Kingpin Skinny Pimp (1991-1996) - Left because DJ Paul tricked him into signing over his rights to the album King of da Playaz Ball while he was going through a rough patch, Paul gave him $10,000 and told him to "buy a car and put some rims on it"; All the money made from the independent CD sales went to Paul, somewhere in the sum of $400,000.

  • '''Lil' Fly (1993-1995) - Was booted off the label by Paul & Juicy because of a drug habit, He cleaned himself up and changed his alias to Playa Fly . Earned some fame from his infamous single "Triple Bitch Mafia" which was a diss to the group.

  • Boogiemane (2004-2006) - Was supposed to release an album under Hypnotized Minds entitled "The closet" but never happened. Was booted of the label after he developed a drug habit.

  • T-Rock (1997-2001) - Left due to problems with DJ Paul & Juicy J. He put a diss song out about DJ Paul and Juicy J on an Atlanta radio station; after the incident DJ Paul & Juicy J called him out to come to a show, he didn't but then appeared unexpectedly at another in Atlanta; Now T-Rock & Lord Infamous are collaborating and have released various projects with each other. Lord Infamous said "he's real talented with this music shit" and jumped at the opportunity.

  • K-Rock (1995-1998) - Left to pursue a solo career. Was a part of The Killa Klan Kaze from the early 90's, with MC Mack and Scanman. He was replaced in the group by Project Pat, and joined T-Rock in The Rockafellaz, he left in 1998, never releasing an album under the label. Despite The Kaze (MC Mack & Scanman) leaving around the same time, with Project Pat remaining with the label, K-Rock decided not to re-join the group. He is now a member of the New Prophet Camp.

  • Indo G (1992-1999) - Left to pursue a solo career. His friend and former Prophet Ent. investor Nicki Scarfo bought out his contract for $75,000 so he could be free. Known as one of the most talented rappers ever to be part of the label, as well as releasing a fan-favorite album; "Angel Dust".

  • Lil Glock and S.O.G. (1993-1996) - Both of these rappers left Hypnotize Minds. Lil Glock is a close friend of Project Pat. Lil Glock and S.O.G were locked up in 1996 . The two released the underground tape "Blow a Niggaz Ass Off" in 1994 with DJ Paul & Juicy J producing their tape. SOG did two years in jail while Glock served 12 years and both are released and still doing music.

  • M-Child (1997-1999)- Now a part of Kamikze Inc. Best known for the song "Orange Mound" under the label, featured albums on such as; CrazyNDaLazDayz , Chapter 1: The End and Chapter 2: World Domination , released a solo album called Gon Madd under Kami Kaze inc.

  • Killa Klan Kaze (1993-1999) - M.C. Mack and Scanman - now Kamikaze Inc. , When DJ Paul and Juicy J renamed the label Hypnotize Minds, M.C. Mack and Scanman opted not to sign and left to pursue a solo career.

  • Nigga Creep (1994-2000)- Juicy J and Project Pat's cousin, was shot and killed in 2000 in Ridgecrest during a robbery. Featured on a few songs on the Body Parts album and the Hypnotize Camp Posse album. He also made tracks for DJ Sound.

  • Droopy Drew Dog - Member of the Prophet Posse, featured on the "Body Parts" album. Rumours that he was deceased but this has been confirmed false since he has since joined the New Prophet Posse.
