Trent Live was born and raised in Warm Springs, Georgia on May 20, 1970. He is the oldest of five siblings. He has a BS Degree in Social Psychology and he is currently pursuing his MA Degree in Human Resources and Management. He entered the military in 1988, served in Desert Storm (1990) and Shield in (1991), and has been stationed in Germany, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and El Paso, Texas. The Atlanta native, now living in El Paso, Texas, has been performing on stage since the age of 15. Trent has a long list of talent showcases under his belt. In the fall of 1996, he was voted the 1996 Countdown to Stardom winner in Taszar, Hungary. In 1998, he shot his first music video in El Paso, Texas under the name Trent Live and record label, Tightwork Entertainment.
As a singer, rapper, and producer, in 1998, he landed a gig at Cohen Stadium singing the National Anthem for the Diablo's baseball team. In 1999, he had the opportunity of being the opening act for Busta Rhymes at the "Back to School Power Jam. This exposure allowed him the opportunity of performing on the same stage as Destiny's Child, Tracy Spencer, Lil Troy, and Ja Rule. Live’s last professional gig was his opening performance for the hot R&B group, Silk, touring South Korea in the year 2000. During his overseas tour, he had the opportunity of performing in the same show with musical legends such as Ci Ci Peniston and the Gap Band. As an entrepreneur, he has figured out a way to expose himself to the El Paso, Texas community.
